Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a pre-paid USPS shipping label via email.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items in the original box if possible, attach the return label, and drop it off at any authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our lab receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
